Accommodation
The Rooms offer everything you need and nothing you don’t during your stay in the Milton Ulladulla Region, situated on Yuin Country. We are located right in the middle of town, above the iconic Milton Hotel, which was built in 1870 and lovingly refurbished in 2019. (The Rooms and the pub have separate owners).
We like to think we sit somewhere between a hotel and an airbnb. All your check in requirements are emailed to you directly at the time of booking (with a reminder the day before your arrival, naturally). We feature low contact digital locks, accessed using your smartphone. Rooms and apartments are serviced every three days as sustainability, community and comfort are at the forefront of every decision we make.
Our accommodation offering is diverse enough to cater for everyone with each room being considered and curated. We want you to feel comfortable enough to look forward to returning after a day of exploring the area (which is why we have invested in super highspeed NBN in all rooms) but motivated to make the most of your time away.
The Apartments (~42m²) – from $229 per night
Our Apartment is perfect for a family of four (one of which can accommodate six upon request), or a group of friends. Two entirely separate bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchenette featuring tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, toaster, microwave and sink. Beautifully appointed with locally custom-made cabinetry, linen accents and curated design details. Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans and high speed NBN are all included. The Scenic Rooms (~20m²) – from $159 per night
Our Scenic Room is perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. Well-appointed with locally, custom made cabinetry, with views across the green hills of Milton out to Green Island surf spot. Tea and coffee making amenities as well as a mini bar and Leif bathroom products in the ensuite bathroom. They feature reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort. Smart TV’s, ceiling fans and high speed NBN is available in all our rooms so be sure to pack your device.

The Classic Room offers charming views of Milton’s quaint streetscape, extending out toward the Budawang Mountain Range. Featuring many of the same comforts as our Scenic Rooms minus the ensuite these rooms provide excellent value without compromising on comfort. Guests have access to a spacious shared bathroom, complete with a shower and WC, conveniently located just down the hall. Amenities include heating, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs, making the Classic Room an ideal choice for travellers seeking comfort, convenience, and a relaxed stay.
